Our Food
Our first step is to create a menu, especially for you. We draw inspiration from our own restaurants, and suggest ways to make your ideas work.
We then select brilliant produce, from the same suppliers as in our Michelin-starred kitchens. We cook with classic French techniques, letting the amazing flavours shine through. For events, it’s essential that everything that comes out of our kitchen looks delicious and tastes even better.

Our team is led by Executive Chef Kieran Reilly. Kieran has cooked all over the world, from Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels to working for one of the leading F1 teams.

Where’s the most extraordinary place you’ve cooked?
I’ve been very fortunate to have been many places cooking food in my career but doing food at the top of Tower Bridge was pretty stunning. Overlooking the Thames, the Tower Bridge and the city.
What do you think makes memorable food?
Obviously the taste of food is important. But so are the people you are eating it with, the setting and the occasion. My best meals could be sitting having fish and chips on a pebble beach in winter wrapped up warm, or a back alley somewhere in Singapore having deep fried aubergine.
How does the Hand and Flowers' approach to food and hospitality translate into the world of events?
Food and hospitality are what we know best. We are all about flavour, produce and creating a happy environment for people to enjoy.

Where’s the most extraordinary place you’ve cooked?
The great thing about this profession is that it can take you anywhere in the world. Cooking a sunset BBQ on top of a motor home beside Monte Carlo harbour was pretty special. Being able to cook such amazing fresh produce with stunning surroundings and some great people, it doesn’t get a lot better than that!
What do you think makes memorable food?
I think food is most memorable when you take incredible ingredients, don’t mess around with them and let them do the talking.
How does the Hand and Flowers' approach to food and hospitality translate into the world of events?
We have the same values as The Hand and Flowers and The Coach have championed for years. We create a comfortable atmosphere, make everyone feel welcome, and serve food that people love to eat!
